友達のイギリス人マイケルがオリジナル版のファンでびっくりしたけど、なるほど今やってるリメイク版がBBCでニュースになるぐらい人気だったのか。オリジナルで孫悟空やってた堺正章について「あぁ、あの人夜中に料理作ってるよね。」と悲しい目で言っていたっけ。
